Westmont Center Appointments
To make an appointment at the Westmont Center, call (910) 484-4061. At times, we do have a wait period before an appointment is available. We will call you when openings in the schedule occur to arrange for your appointment times. When you call initially, we can assist you with verification of health insuracne coverage, co-payment, deductible rates and/or additional information. Please have your insurance card and phone numbers available when you make the initial phone call.
It is helpful for you to fill out the intake and evaluation forms prior to your first visit. You can download the forms below, fill them out, and bring them with you to your first appointment. If you do not choose to fill out the forms ahead of time, please arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to have time to fill out the forms. For your first appointment, please be sure to bring all health insurance cards, a government issued (State or National) I.D. card. If you are a legal guardian of a minor child coming for a first appointment, please bring documentaion of this with you on your first visit.

William Goble, PhD, HSP-P, joins us from Health Net, Inc., where he served as a military family life consultant. Dr. Goble has also served as a clinical counselor for The Resource Center in Asheville, New River Behavioral Healthcare in Boone, at Broughton Hospital and has served as a Parent/Infant Educator for the North Carolina School for the Deaf. Dr. Goble has also served as a pastor for Aaron Baptist Church in Montezuma, North Carolina. Dr. Goble holds a Ph.D. from The Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio, a Master of Education from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown College. He has served as a member of the Association for Treatment and Training in the Attachment of Children (ATTACh)and has additional training in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Military Family Issues, Women in the Military, Child and Adolescent Issues, Bipolar Disorders, Learning Disabilities/ADHD and Domestic Violence. Dr. Goble is licensed by the state of North Carolina Psychology Board and his focus area is adolescents and children.
Denise Holmes, MS, LPC,is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She is also recognized as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. She has had varied employment experiences over her more than 30 years of work in the human services field. Denise was employed with the Cumberland County School system as an Elementary Guidance Counselor. She is experienced with counseling rape victims, school behavior problems, parenting issues, couples counseling, self-esteem and depression concerns. Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies are the modes of therapy she most frequently utilizes. Denise is a Board Certified Coach. Denise is a member of the NC Licensed Professional Counselors Association and the NC Association of Play Therapists. She has the following degrees: Bachelor of Social Work, University of North Carolina at Greensboro (1976), Master of Science (Guidance and Counseling), Campbell University (1984). She has also had additional course work through East Carolina University and University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Marriage and Family.
Jennifer Lamberth, MA, LMFT, is a North Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She has several years of experience both working within the local military and civilian communities. Jennifer is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and holds Professional Membership with American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and American Counseling Association (ACA). She has experience as an Emergency Services Clinician and Counselor at a Mental Health Center (Harnett County). Jennifer has experience in treating Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorder, Life Transition Issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Grief, Anger Management, and Women Issues. She also has experience working with Parenting Issues, Couples, Marital issues and Family-related concerns. Jennifer has received training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) through the EMDR Institute, Inc. In the past, she has served as a volunteer with the American Red Cross, Cumberland County Hospice, Fayetteville Care Clinic and the CONTACT Crisis Center. Jennifer is available for counseling men, women, and children ages six and up, adolescent and families. Counseling can be conducted in a variety of settings such as individual, couples, marital, and family.
Phil McCall, MA, LPC, NCC has been a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor since 1994. He was previously employed as an administrator and clinician with Cumberland County Mental Health Center. He provides individual, family, and marital therapy to adults and adolescents for depression, anxiety, trauma based illnesses (PTSD and sexual abuse), and marital issues. Phil is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy (IRRT), and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD). He earned his BA in Psychology and Sociology (1968) and MA in Counseling (1969) from Appalachian State University. Phil's passion is to help hurting people heal and grow emotionally and spiritually.
